Frequently Asked Questions
I already take vitamins, supplements and medication. Do I need to worry about internal imbalances if I add Hush & Hush to my regimen?
Toxicity and injury has more to do with amounts, concentrations and dosage than anything else. Even if you use high quality antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, they can be damaging when taken in high dosage. For example, the Japenese drink a lot of green tea, but not 10 cups per day, which is still considered safe. In our products, we use an an amount that is about the equivalent to two cups. So even if green tea is toxic at certain levels, it is still a safe ingredient that is very beneficial at normal concentrations.
Some if the vitamin percentages on the label are very high. Is there any hazard or potential for any harm if I take the entire line, especially with vitamin D?
The idea behind Hush & Hush is for it to be replaced for any daily vitamins you are currently taking. So, if you normally take a vitamin D supplement or a daily multivitamin, you can swap those products (and others) for Hush & Hush because you’ll receive ample amounts of vitamins and minerals with our products.
What is the absorption rate of vitamins in liquid form vs. tablet or capsule form?
The main difference between how liquids and tablets and capsules are absorbed is that tablets bypass the stomach acid environment while still intact, allowing for the majority of their contents to be absorbed in the small bowel, which does not have an extreme acidic pH of the stomach. Liquids don’t have that advantage.
Is Hush & Hush safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?
All Hush & Hush products contain a warning that advise consumers not to use these nutraceuticals during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. However, this is just our precaution. We always recommend talking to your doctor since he/she may feel otherwise.

Hush & Hush is designed to be used like your skincare routine.
